Instead of paying in full, you can pay for your website package in 3 installments over a 6 week period. (Yay! Options!) In order to reserve and get things moving on your website design package, pay the first installment below. Then, via email, you'll receive a 1 page contract stating the work that is owed to you right after this first payment, and you'll agree to pay the other 2 installments over the next 6 weeks. (If you feel more assured getting the contract signed before making any payments, just send an email to Cameron@EvergrayDigitalMedia.com explaining.) 

You'll come back to this here page to make the second installment 3 weeks after work starts, and then the third and final installment 3 weeks after you pay the second installment. And if you want to pay any of it off earlier - hey - no one is stopping you! 

Once you make the first payment, Team Evergray's work begins! You'll receive the email within 24 business hours going over the (short) contract and the payment agreement. This email will also include a questionnaire inquiring about your business so that I can get a better idea of how to structure your website, and also an inquiry about scheduling/your timeline that you want the work started and completed by. If, for any crazy reason, we can't figure out desirable terms that make both parties happy, you'll recieve a full refund immediately.

FAQs

  • How long does it usually take to finish the whole website? About 2 - 4 weeks, depending on your needs, and Team Evergray's current workload and resources. 
  • What's the process like? After the purchase, you'll receive an email advising you to take a questionnaire about your business that gathers basic info, we will then review your business, website, and social media platforms to make assessments for your best course of action. Phone, video, or Los-Angeles-based meetings will take place as needed so that your business goals, branding, and website needs are fully understood. From there, both the front-end and back-end of the website will addressed, collaborated on, and finalized, with Team Evergray sending all graphics, copy, video, etc. to you for approval before publishing. Once the website is completed, you'll be handed back your brand-new website and shouldn't need any further assistance with updating and maintenance. (Though we're here if you need us!)
  • Are there any additional costs? Most professional website 'themes' cost about $50 - $150 on average, and this would typically need to be purchased as well. (It's a one-time fee that you would pay directly to the theme owner's website.) 
  • What if I'm not happy with the finished product? Team Evergray works with you throughout the process to make sure that you're happy with the whole shebang. 
  • Will I be able to make updates to the website's content, etc. on my own after Team Evergray completes the project? Yes. The website is designed to be self-suffiecient and straightforward, so that you, the client, will be able to take back over & manage the site's content without any help. If you do need additonal help, Team Evergray is available via email or phone, and will create custom video tutorials for you as needed.
